Talked to IR yesterday
Here are all the details I have complied based on the call
1) CBD verticals
Comapny is working on multiple verticals
CBD edibles - gummies, candies,
CBD smoke - The cigarettes is the what they are testing out now
CBD drinks - under evaluation now
CBD to dispensaries
They are looking into many CBD stuff - Dispensaries, edibles and several other verticals. I was surprised to hear dispensaries, so there is some medical cannabis here too..
Multiple branding initiates are in works, they are working on creating labels, brands and testing several vertical samples
across the CBD industry space, they will be putting out details one by one, CBD Cigarettes tweets were put few days ago, CBD jars and few others will be out soon
cor-branding, collaboration, GGII inhouse product (mostly will come from acquisitions) cobranded with existing well known brands is also another initiative
One of the most interesting thing is that company is working with large number of partners and have several CBD initiative in pipeline. You will hear several things in next few weeks and months as they expand on multiple verticals
2) Tom's background
Tom comes from NYSE reputed commodity background
He is there to execute vision and establish GGII in as major wholesale, distribution, production player in CBD space
Apparently Tom is very busy and they are happy on exploding demand and working on multiple partnerships. IR even said it's good problem to have since they are working on several verticals and demand has been extraordinary across the board because of Tom's connections
3) Who are they working with now
One of the most important thing I heard is they working with a major national brand vendor and testing out few things
The details will be announced soon. It's been tested with right CBD quality controlled stains
They want to ensure quality, no THC, test and then go into full production and distribution - I think that deal vaults GGII in really big way as details emerge
4) RS, 480 million shares and Notes
No RS !!! - company has no plans to do RS - period - Please ignore the noise - no RS
The 480 million shares stuff defunct. It is not even worth chasing because that company is defunct, since those shares are anyway out of equation and no point in chasing defunct company
just to cancel something that does not even there, will cost 10K for nothing and chase bunch of stuff
for nothing. Company tried to reach out this defunct company that has 480 million shares, however could not get hold of anyone.
It's dead anyway, so 480 million shares are OUT for good.
There will be NO conversion of notes, since Tom has solid reputation in commodity, the notes holders have communicated
Apparently company has been working with these notes holder for almost a year before many of us heard about GGII, there will be no conversion. Please keep in mind GGII started this initiative almost year ago, we just saw things coming to light in October
5) Why not that many PR ?
They can't just PR every now and then because it takes time for IR to send PR to Tom and he hardly has time to correct things. They are not chasing stock, they want to grow business. Tom is too busy to release PR's. that's why they put quick shareholder letter after current. However PR will be released periodically
They will do PR when needed. They would rather prefer execution and chasing more vertical than satisfying people who are
desperate for news. The Twitter will be used to update various stuff on time, like the cigarette stuff they are working
It seems that CBD jars are in big demand and probably heading for major deal, will be announced shortly when time arrives and stuff is done
6) Why they were quick on filings and getting current
The reason they wanted to go current quickly is get the whole FINRA thing out of equation, many times FINRA puts stock that are volatile on CE (caveat Emperor - Latest thing was KAL@Y, that is now stuck in CE world for long time)
They did not want that !!!, hence they worked quickly to get that out of way. Not many companies are this quick to get current let me tell you, now we know why they were so quick and diligent to get that out of way
company worked hard and pursued to get that out of way, now they have ton of breathing time and focus mor on execution
They were desperate to get current
7) Funding
They have no plans to dilute shares to raise money. It will be raised through networks of investors. Tom's connection is the key here, BTW. so no share dumping and toxic crap..ruled out for good..No convertible notes stuff anymore

My perception on CBD..
I am now 100% convinced GGII is going to be one of the best CBD investment for 2019 if not the best. I say that considering
their solid wholesale commodity background of this management. Tom comes from solid NYSE commodity background. He has lots of deep connection and political network, according to IR that will fuel bigger partnership deals with well known brands and many are in works
CBD is hot sector for 2019 as deal are flying left and right and GGII is positioned perfectly
GGII = Organic growth + partnerships + co branding + Wholesale
All put together - A solid play in long run
Anyway we all are in great shape for 2019

I love the IR guy, very professional, no BS and very clear
I recommend please do not follow anyone on board here. Do your own DD if you want to invest, flippers can do whatever they want. I believe most here are for investment
You will get conviction only with DD !!
so do as much as you can
DO not worry about day to day movements
Just accumulate and forget
by 2019 year end I am 100% sure GGI will be at 4-5 pennies and may be much much higher as verticals take off. This is solid company in early stages with solid management. I started getting serious on GGII only after digging into Tom's background..until then I was not very sure. Now I am convinced
This is far bigger company than I imagined and doing everything as they have promised and executing

I am actually stunned after this call.. to see this stock still at 0.0011 :) when may junk CBD stocks are 10x more than where this is. This is still in stealth investment mode and not many on IHUB radar know it..
Once you do DD you know..where this is heading :)
Meanwhile accumulate all you can
When people see what this company is about to do...most will be blown away, those who have found now and ahead of the rest will realize they have picked up cheapest CBD play at absurdly low price considering where this is heading in 2019
Do your DD and you will know what to do..
