Well, almost a 116 million loss compared to postive 2.5 billion a year before.
almost 1.8 billion more rev then forecast, but didn't include 1.1 billion in pension and "lay off pay outs".
and of course down almost 30 percent on stock price from last year.

so it looks like it will be heading towards my mark of 2 bucks.
