So do I. Prepared properly they are delicious.





Of course all I had available was a watch glass on a lab hotplate/stirrer, butt the meat was still tasty, however it was fairly tough/chewy. If I had more experience, perhaps I would have marinated it, aged it, or pummeled it with a mallet to tenderize it.

Long-Evans hooded rats - they are the best. The soft thin belly meat is like a minute steak in consistency/texture.
