35 On December 5, 2018, NWBO entered into an agreement with regards to its property near Cambridge, UK. Did this result in the sale and/or transfer of the contaminated land and its associated liability and how much of NWBO's remaining 17 acres can be developed?

Anything can be developed if you throw enough money at it.
How about;- 'how much of NWBO's remaining 17 acres can be developed without expensive land remediation?'

I'm not going to be too picky, because you are the one doing it, and I do think pre-submission gives us the best chance of getting worthwhile new information.
