They list Manny in NYC, the firm does not list NYC with the PCAOB, they are a Mclean, VA with offices in KC and FL. Mclean is where, well where I go often, next door to the CIA. Manny is not listed with the AICPA even as a CPA, let alone auditor. Just another huckster.

Don't worry, I'll contact the PCAOB Enforcement tomorrow and the AICPA as well as the State Board of Public Accountancy of NY.
