He says she says .. judge takes consideration on company profile as well ' why do you think sfor kicked it up a notch trying to get more channels since the microsoft case .. shows company expansion and efforts to get their ip licensed ... just holding a patent to prevent others from using without paying doesnt fly with most cases . The company must show its intentions with results
