I'm extremely familiar with Wilson Davis from my time working with an OTC company. They have had a lot of regulatory issues, one miss step was big enough to bankrupt the Denver office.

I'm sure there are more on the list like that.

Their bread and butter, the P&D otc is pretty much a dead business model. They really should just move the whole mess to block chain.
