RVNC—…I feel the raise could have been larger.

Respectfully disagree. At this price, it’s better that they’re seeking enough money to be comfortable, but no more than that. Assuming exercise of the underwriter’s option, the increase in the fully-diluted share count will be 15% or slightly less (#msg-144654911).
