maybe that’s what it TOOK...but unless biotech has stood still for the last ten years, which it most certainly has not, i suspect what was cutting edge, is now fairly mundane...

as was kblb 10 yrs ago...but if they started today, with enough money, they could probably make up those 12 yrs in about 6 months...
