only 514m o/s. and based on buying volume 002/0048 few months ago after new business comeback out of 15/12g shell i bet insiders have load the float and control this one now. I speculate for VGTL multi penny turn. think VGTL on the best way. still wait for company updates. think VGTL will be a $05 $0.1 multipler
