A few months ago there was a PR about an MOU... So if the company were dead allready more then a year this wouldn't have happened i guess. Isn't it strange that after a new born posts 1 message the stock goes south??? Perhaps for the company they just don't give a F??? about reporting, stock value (in the short run), ... Perhaps they have other plans, plans that benefit from a low pps. I don't know and i also am not at all a chinese expert. Just playing the devil's advocate an warning that with companies not reporting at all a slick investor can influence the price by announcing bad news.

Am I wrong if China Merchant still holds 165000000 shares? Would they just throw that away?
