$18M acquisition to be completed by Jan. 15; CBD partnership and production to be announced in January; $21M+ revenue for 2018; $40M revenue after acquisition; $45 - 50M revenue for 2019 with new CBD business, Telepharmacy, expanded 340B, more acquisitions and more out-of-state licenses; 3rd year audit by March; fully SEC reporting by March; NASDAQ by 2020, probably in late 2019!
