that is the SEC did not do their DD that well... but assumed they were correct as the ones that raised the question.

Really, I guess then that when they contacted the bond managers and got sworn statemenst that CSHD did not own the bond that was not DD??? Every peoson they contacted about the ownership of the bond said the same thing,nope CSHd does not own/have a stake in the bond....But what the heck what would they know they only manage the bonds after all.....
