they filed because of questions raised....

and maybe at the time, those questions made sense... that is the SEC did not do their DD that well... but assumed they were correct as the ones that raised the question.

now... let's say that you are correct. then fine... this will go down and never see daylight. but the opposite could happen and sometimes will.

if cshd gets vindicated, what do you think will happen... you tell me. I'd like to hear what the opposite side of the coin has to say about that.
