Iceman...No, I sent them money and they sent me a certificate for restricted shares. These shares had a price that was at a discount of 50% to the current price, and they are still tremendously underwater. For those who haven't been around very long, that's how poorly this stock's price has performed. And no, nothing is required to be disclosed. They are simply shares of stock, not for services rendered.
