You entered into a Material agreement with GZFX? And are posting in a Public forum about that company?

I look fwd to your response here and I apologise if I Misread your post but it is my understanding that if anyone is givin shares of a company...they MUST DISLCOSE that iformation......and yes that does include CHAT BOARDS....Thats what lebed got in trouble for....

Sec 17b I believe covers that.....
