Sure that's possible. The other possibility is that since Scott now owns Transbotics, they wanted the name Transbotics removed from any affiliation with that ticker so they spent a few bucks to change the name to something not containing Transbotics so as not to confuse peeps. Personally, I prefer your scenario and/or Scott merging in but one must consider all scenarios in absence of filings. Filings would certainly clear up the speculation.
