Trying to get my head around this & would appreciate some clarification. If Scott bot Transbotics, it seems to me that they purchased the company that traded under the ticker TNSB such that there is nothing left in the company that trades as the ticker TNSB. So they then changed the ticker to TNSB Holdings to indicate such.

1. So, what did the original shareholders of Transbotics get for the sale of their assets? It has been mentioned that there was a distribution of .30 but I can't see any filing for this or if there is anything further to be distributed.
2. There is no indication or evidence that Scotts is going to r\m into this shell. If there is, I would appreciate seeing that documentation. A news release. A filing. A link to something on their website. Anything.

Not trying to stir up anything...just trying to figure out what the deal is.
