We know Transbotics was bought, but what bothered me was that shareholder should have been paid then. Well, actually the did. As you can see, they got .3 per share, but is was not a final distribution

So based on 5 million OS Scott paid 1.5 million until now. I don't think there will be a RM, but my guess is the name change today was somehow necessary for the final distribution. So the question is, how much will that be?
If this numbers are recent and correct they had 6.14 million revenue and 1.88 million loss. So now what will be a good valuation? There are a lot of ways you can determine the value. Future expectations and historcial performance are playing a role, and of course we don't know that here. Most of the times a valuation is based on:
- Net profit (they made a loss, so doesn't count here)
- EBITDA (don't know if they have a positive EBITDA)
- Revenue. This is possible for Transbotics. When this method is used they often pay between .75 and 1.5 x revenue. With 6 million revenue that would mean between 4.5 and 9 million. Until now they paid 1.5 million, so that would mean there is 3 to 7,5 million left, or .6 to 1.5 per share.

It is very disputable, but even if it's half of that it would mean at least .3. Something to discuss for the weekend!
