Oh, I wasn't saying that an individual like you couldn't succeed in getting an insurer to change that nonsensical claim by CVS of Lovaza's clinical equivalence - it's plain as day they are two very different drugs, with L having some serious side effects. What I meant was good luck trying to get your Part D provider to move V from T4 to T2 prior to FDA approval of the R-IT indication, whereas Google (Alphabet) would probably be able to get it done. Good luck with your efforts and keep us apprised of the proceedings - curious to see how this goes.

BTW, doesn't JL have CVS Caremark Silverscript in FL? I know it's on T2 for him - but don't know if he's on Medicare or not.
