What the con men do is first to create a lot of interest prior to executing a share selling scam. Make it appear to those getting on the ground floor they have a chance at making up to 100,000 percent or more on their principle. And make it appear like this is a no brainer situation. Duck soup. Easy Peazy Lemon Squeezy. And make it appear as if the operators possess tons of experience.

The Nasdaq's third tier, the AMEX can be just as bad, and last but not least, the OTC, it seems, are financial venues that reward failure.
