Once again thank you for your PACER updates that cost you time and money.
( Folks, PACER IS NOT FREE ).
ARRIS is going to lose this case. Look at its mistakes: 1. Time-bar. 2. Changed of attorney in the middle of the lawsuit. 3. Did not know how to
file a correct document. I think they are confused because the case drags on for so LONG. I think the court is too nice to them and ask them to refile the right one. If I am the person of the court, I just toss it out. Arris' screw up is good for UOIP.
