The problem is that management hasn’t indicated where they want the pps to be on the Nasdaq. Are they shooting for a $8-10, $10-20 or >$40 price. This is the only way to determine how much of a RS will be needed. I think to be taken seriously by tech savvy investors they need to have a +$20 pps.
