"one or more reverse splits" occurs 33 times in BOTH of the 14C filings. So, this new one has not added any more.

I think most all know one will happen in order to boost the price enough to get to Nasdaq, at the least.

One question is how much news will be released while on the OTC in an attempt to lower the ratio. Some - including Rory - seem to think it won't help the price because the OTC is slime. I think it could help the price, as it has in the past.

OTOH, there will be some incentive for bigger boys to get more shares at as low a price as possible, so all news may be kept until AFTER that happens when institutions(supposedly) and others will be involved. Hard to say but they may attempt at least some news to keep the ratio lower than otherwise.

As always, this will be very interesting to watch.
