Do you have any idea what the labeling rules are concerning products sold outside of the U.S? If this is produced by Samsung then it may be intended only for sale in Pakistan where it is repackaged and then shipped illegally to the U.S. We are likely only talking about a few hundred units. It would be easy to slip through customs and then reship to the individual buyers or "dealers".
