Neuro-Hitech Inc. deregistered from the SEC 9 years ago. The SEC doesn't quite say those companies that deregister are more dangerous than the bubonic plague but the SEC does WARN in hilited black about the extreme dangers of investing in any de-registered company's stock, particularly when that same company comes out with earth-shattering news years after they deregistered......exactly what Neuro-Hitech Inc. is doing.

Since you have done "hours" of research do a measly one more hour of elbow grease research and tell this board what the SEC says about companies that de-register from the SEC. Go fish.
