Chas. How do you explain the lack of uniformity in coverage .
For those that are covered
If u looked at this solely from a health economics perspective you would give all CAD patients who were stented ( prior event ) , diabetic and stage 3 CKD or worse .... Vascepa for free .
Those like you and your wife who I assume are mainly using it for preventive measures ... pay at least wholesale cost
