People in Mexico and other South American countries should grow LEGAL HEMP under contract.NOT POPPIES!They could have steady crime free/fear free lives.Stop the flow of illegal opium.Black Market flower takes away from our profits.Its dirty and treated with anything.We can turn this problem around.Hemp would Help migrants and farmers everywhere.We will need a lot more oil than we think!IMO
