The entire deal is a nest of snakes. I can't find a single respectable name in there - with the exception of Ribotsky. I don't appreciate his line of work, but it IS completely legal. If some POS company wants $1 million from him in exchange for their souls, that's their issue, not his.

Good stocks are obvious. Extensive DD is how you convince yourself to buy a bad one.
