You're making mountains out of mole hills. You don't ask Fire Fighters to only get paid when they run to fires, you pay them all the time in the case that you need them. It's not even remotely out of the ordinary to be paying for future commitments for manufacturing in this kind of business where they're ready and fully established to commence manufacturing at short notice, and to have Advent be available to focus on NWBO's product over other's products.

As for your other post about stem cells and cord blood; you conveniently left out human donor blood/tissue such as immature white blood cells to make into dendritic cells and also try to make the fact that they're also setting up to do other types of bioloigic manufacturing as some sort of indication of something. We all know they're in the business as a service to more than just NWBO.

The fact that they anticipate a Q3 2019 start aligns more with NWBO/DCVax than anything else and that is good news for people who're seeking evidence for their perspective. There's nothing wrong with that. Your remarks don't come across as ones that are coming from concern for other's investment choices.
