I was unaware , I thought Andi was in the phone business now.

They are in the phone business, but based on the comments from CEO White, they likely need some cash flow, as well as the ability to talk about being "green".

As I wrote a few months ago, Keer had other plans for SWS, and CEO Conway's tweets about LIBE acquiring SWS were either premature, or more likely late because the acquisition by Andiamo was close to completion.
