Short-term memory not super great if it is a minor matter.

...my non medically trained opinion...relax, you are on the same curve as all the rest of us. I do think we might be onto something though w/this sleep thing. So, avoid stress and keep on sleeping.

I do take some comfort in new learning that the human brain flushes itself daily (if/when you sleep OK). So, along with all my other new learnings I now understand the origins of the term sh*thead and will no longer consider it an attack. There is published FDA evidence that such condition is a normal human function, go figure.
