If I could tell you why WSA has utilized the IDS suite address, in a way that you and your friends could verify, I would. But, I can't, so I won't tell you my opinion. As for HLS and IDS, maybe you forgot, but HLS recently spun-off of IDS.

Maybe you actually have a wife, or maybe and most likely, you're divorced. Maybe, you were lucky enough to have children, who may or may not be old enough to have moved out at some point. I for one, have my 17 yr old, and an older daughter who is out on her own. When she moved out, to college initially, she "spun-off" of my household and home address...but, she still used the same home-address for some time. No different then HLS and IDS. But of course, how could I forget, I don't have kids because I'm a 17 year old teenager.
