BC. you're sounding rather cautious these days ?
Thero still owns over $2m shares and a huge amount of options that will vest over time .
These sales were pre planned 10b-5 ? ....at least a yr ago.

Now if Thero did what he did mid 2012 ( after approval for the Marine indication and before JZ announced GIA ) which was an open market sale of 5m shares ....then I'd take notice.

My take on the current situation ....FWIW
A deal is not happening any time soon so those of the " what have you done for me lately " investing class are probably moving on.
First possible catalyst that I see will be any major change in new scripts following the AHA conference.
Not sure what the time lag will be ...but we should see an up tick in scripts ( hopefully ) by mid December .

Other then that its likely to be a slow grind as the Co prepares the required FDA filings , gets its expanded sales force up and running and hopefully persuades the FDA to allow them to market full R-IT data to at least MD's.
