Look at the corporate actions on FINRA in November. 2 different ones.

Name change
Reverse split and deletion from trading system. Period. Nothing more.

For them to start trading they need to modify the stock structure with the transfer agent and give us our class A" shares.

They then need to find a way back onto an exchange. Either by IPO ( Mainstream and more accepted ) or another Merge with a shell that is already public (shifty and bad for reputation again )

Will they start trading again or is DCouto trying to force this private ?
