I found this part of the Purchase Agreement between Job Growing and SIGO interesting:

SIGO has been duly incorporated and is validly existing and in good standing under the laws of the state of Nevada, with full corporate power and authority to own, lease and operate its properties and to conduct its business as currently conducted, and is duly registered and qualified to conduct its business and is in good standing in each jurisdiction or place where the nature of its properties or the conduct of its business requires such registration or qualification

SIGO is NOT registered in Nevada. Just checked the Nevada SOS website to be sure. Nope, no entity in good standing called Sunset Island is registered in that state.

Hope this guy Woloshin has done his DD on SIGO. If not, too bad for him.
