Minivest didn't raise near that amount. Larry finally answered me in August on this question:

"The public sales of the stock off mini-vest were minimal, under 10K and the bulk of the sales were through a fund in NY. The use of funds were to cover the initial ICO costs and cover some working capital."

I think the NY fund is network 1 financial.
