The company raised money through crowdfunding (minivest.com) for .015 a share which ended around June 2018. I believe those shares could not be sold until November 2018 (This is based off memory). I also think they raised 650k out of the 1 million attempted. This could account for some unusual volume. I am curious to who or whom the rest of the outstanding shares were offered too? Could be this MM I just heard about was allocated some shares, maybe some of these new people they have helping them with this new business model could have been paid in shares. The company does not wish to clue us in on the particulars of their business activities, after all, we're just the shareholders. Some of us hold MILLIONS of shares! There is no way they could have pumped 100+ million shares onto the open market because the volume would account for it, so these shares went somewhere. There was a note being held my Jonathan Thomas for about 50k (again by memory) convertible at some point (can't remember, busy trading other stocks), so maybe there is info that might help. If anyone purchased their ICO, which I heard didn't go well, they may have converted those tokens into shares.

I don't own enough shares to ever get an answer out of this company, nevertheless, my ship sails next to Lawrence's; either off to paradise or it sinks at sea.
