Bingo! There is every reason to expect a small to medium sized $ raise depending on what Sawston is really worth today.

It's completely counter-intuitive and wishful thinking that there should be any acquisition in the works now. The only thing that just might be negotiable would be with a Japanese or Korean pharma to get a cheap geographically limited licensing deal based on their positioning and good understanding in talks with their local regulation authorities based on the authorities having huge leeway, agreeing that the treatment looks like it works and wanting to treating cancer patients asap, probably still with a wait for data, though the communication and cooperation between govt and industry over there just might be good enough to get the ball rolling very early. But even that is 1000-1 shot before at least top line data is released, for sure, imo.
