i will check my sources about that and see if i can get an update on his new location. the guy can't run forever. if you contact the irs with his info, they can also track him down for purposes of reporting him to the feds. so, i wouldn't worry about that. very few people are totally effective at eluding the feds. especially, if they have a spouse and/or children.
