HR2, wouldn't you think getting past the FDA hurdle isn't as difficult given that the trial has, for the most part, ended or in its final stages. It just seems strange to fight this hard for a decade and get a step from the finish-line only to give it to someone else to step over.

And in regards to the interests at large, once NWBO establishes efficacy from the FDA or a BP partnership, those interest, IMHO, will have been neutralized. If NWBO has damn near a cure for cancer and have the patents for it along with 12 years of data (i.e. a barrier to the market), what can those interest do?

Even the difficult aspects of commercialization has been minimized (in that 80+ hospitals have already been trained on the process) with the exception of the scale-up of manufacturing.

IMHO, NWBO did a lot of heavy lifting to get to this point. From here to commercialization, relatively speaking, would appear to be significantly less difficult mainly because once efficacy is undeniable funding is available. When you have $$$ to do what you have to do, the doing ain't so hard.

But, I haven't run a business and am talking about something over my head.
