Well, the AS is at 6BIL so the OS can't be 15BIL. But the float was not updated on Nov 1st -- the day the OS was updated. So no one knows how many more free trading shares have worked their way into the market.

The extra 300MIL shares added to the OS on that Nov 1st update might just be part of the story. What if the float has grown by hundreds of million??? Don't know.
