hey Slo, in the same vein and very pertinent to this discussion i would submit the absolute classic case...BKMP..entire company was a fraud ..principles convicted and in jail , nothing filed in 8 years (14 years with the S.E.C. )and STILL TRADING
i have posted and re-posted the S.E.C position on defunct tickers still trading ..BUT facts are facts and delusion is delusion...and like oil and water they may not mix very well...
