I submit WLSI for your consideration.

Dead since they filed an 8-K in 2011 when they announced they were ceasing all operations, yet every year there have been trades.

Yet they continue to have their share structure updated. Also, they're delinquent in the SEC reporting obligations, yet have not been suspended yet.

I don't consider either WLSI or RMTD as "strong" tickers.

I can provide a few other examples of dead and abandoned tickers that still trade for whatever reason, if anyone is interested.

You can lead a horse to water. But you can't make him get down on one knee and do an Al Jolson impression!
