Ecocab acquisition was part of the reverse and debt repayment. All steps in the same transaction introduced by Careborun who repaid the debt. Escrow was set between 5-6 of the note holders and the reverse/ Ecocab funding was the trigger to release the funds.

And I'm here because I received a few texts regarding the "criminal" Ripoff Report and I have 45 mins to kill before an appointment so I figured I'd address some questions. These are questions I'm responding to - but I guess you weren't expecting real answers...
