Last post for today. Climate controlled biologic storage near ports/airports are desperately needed in the UK at this moment. I speculate some realty deal is in the works with NWBO's larger storage facility in Sawston to help prevent a potential supply catastrophe in the UK from Brexit. If the UK is anything like the US, I'd assume at some point the Government might just take some storage facilities and reimburse. Lives over property and what not. I hope it does not come to that, and so I would think if NWBO isn't up to some other transaction over there, the 250,000 square foot climate controlled storage facility, a few feet from rail lines, a few miles from an airport, and an hour from a seaport will fetch sufficient temporary or permanent storage for biologics potentially stuck "at the border" as it were. The other Sawston/NWBO facility likely still has enough storage room to handle GBM for the UK. Storage building construction in the UK (to make up for this year's storage property acquisitions and conversions) the last 3 quarters of 2019 should be extraordinary.
