Not sure if I'm reading this correctly. PACDQ. 1-10000 reverse stock split effective Monday.
Owners of fractional shares shall receive cash in an amount equal to $19.62 per share.
currently .10
so 9999 shares at .10 is $999 and cashed out at $19.62 per share?
but not sure if it's per PRE-SPLIT share or not.
It seems like it's a really good deal, or a really bad deal.
