I'm guessing we are witnessing the effect of genetic changes causing mesenchymal phenotype to develop in up to 85% of all GBM patients. Those neo antigens are surely the ones being exposed and we have discussed this extensively in the past. Since mesenchymal transition was not being accounted for in this Phase 3 from the beginning but became noticed during the course of this trial, everything they have suspected about this is just written in guarded language.
