WHP03: Let's just say that what Brad has accomplished in the 4 years he has been CEO is what they say for sake of illustration. Your claim is: He's simply not a get it done man IMO. The facts prove that

He has cleaned up the balance sheet.

Negotiated control of the tech away from ANI with them owing all of the money they were paid.

Contracted with HS to produce the FPGA's and helped on ASIC design for 1/2 stock and the whole cost seemed very low to me.

In the 1 1/2 years of having funding, they produced 3 versions of FPGA's that have technology that surpasses every other product on the market according to those who have developed and or tested it.

Claim they will have orders in 2006.

The first company to make a commitment to evaluate the tech for themselves is a Large US Telco, and not some nothing company.

If these turn out to be true, would you still say he is not a get it done man?

As far as the failures, I would agree that the financing packages appear to not have been up to par, although I can't prove what they should have been able to get as far as funding.
