I live in Boulder and there is NO dispensary that would sell the top shelf for 10.00 an 8th. UNLESS they were like popcorn, bottom of the jar/trying to get rid of old stock... which DOES happen.. so it is possible... however.. you also could have gotten it off a random grower.... we're allowed to grow 6 plants here with no license. and you can top the hell out of those and get like pounds per plant
